This compensation typically reflects various factors, including the surrogate’s experience, location, and any specific medical or personal circumstances that may influence the arrangement. Establishing a fair base compensation is essential, as it not only acknowledges the surrogate’s commitment and sacrifices but also sets the tone for the overall compensation package.
